Evaluation of material properties

• stress corrosion cracking resistance in water and liquid ammonia environments at the temperature range from 20 to 320°C
• metallurgical weldability of steels
• residual life assessment of power plants

Technical equipment

• servo-hydraulic testing machine INOVA 40kN with static autoclave (11l in volume)
• static autoclave 0.7l in volume
• 40 pcs of vertical lever type creep machine, temperature range 400-700°C, loading range 1-30 kN, dead weight, up to 3 pcs of specimen per machine
• 2 pcs of horizontal multiple spring type creep machine, temperature range 400-650°C, loading range 1-15 kN, up to 15 pcs of specimens per machine
• 3 pcs of annealing furnaces up to 1 200°C for long-term annealing
• annealing furnace LAC up to 1 350°C equipped with PC control.
